The 30×30 fitness challenge is an initiative that was launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum with the goal of inspiring people to lead more active and healthier lifestyles. The rules are simple, from 29th October 2022- 27th November 2022 all participants must complete 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days. This can be done with anyone anywhere.

3. 20KM Run Ride Series
Registration closes on 29th December 2022
Submissions deadline- anytime before 31st December
The 2022 Km challenge as suggested by the name challenges you to complete either
0-500km (Bronze),
501-1000km (Silver),
1001-2022km(Gold)
To receive an award and some other goodies if you choose.

4. Skechers Performance Night Run Race 2
Date – October 19th 2022 (registration ends on the 16th)
Night runs guarantee you amazing star-filled sky views and an experience of Dubai’s bright nightlife all while getting your move on. Group run culture is very popular in Dubai group running events are a must-do for running and fitness junkies in Dubai.
5. 2022 UAE Commemoration day run
Date- November 30th 2022
Running with a cause. UAE’s 2022 Commemoration day run is a wonderful opportunity to show appreciation for the martyrs of the UAE.
